The majority of our servers are based on Microsoft
Windows 2000 and 2003 platforms, all Intel Pentium based,
with varying configurations. We are honest in saying that
our experience lies in the Windows 2000 and 2003 platform - that is
what we are best at. We believe we can provide equal quality
hosting facilities on this platform as others can do on competing
platforms.
All of our largest clients, such as Coles
Group Ltd., are primarily hosted on our Windows 2000 and 2003 servers.
Of course, not all our clients want to be hosted on the Microsoft Windows platform, and sometimes we require the functionality of other
operating systems. We have a number of clients hosted on Linux
servers, FreeBSD, and even the odd Apple Mac OS/X Server.

Server
Co-Location
Imagineering Data Centre can house your Internet Servers in
our secure, environmentally controlled server rooms. This
is particularly useful for Web Hosting companies and start-ups
that do not wish to invest in their own infrastructure - we
can assist by providing housing facilities at cost effective
rates.
All our servers, and our clients' co-located servers are
monitored 24 hours per day, and housed in secure server racks,
each with their range of impressive flashing lights.
Corporate clients are also given 24 hour unrestricted access
to the server room, in the event of emergencies. Imagineering
can also perform routine maintenance tasks on the servers,
such as rebooting, backup procedures, and media cycling, where
necessary.
Imagineering provides co-location facilities in Melbourne, offering both entry-level and high-performance solutions. Our facilities
all have redundant power and high-speed internet connectivity.
